Description

Sectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The paper is a criticism of a paper by Jaroslav Heyrovský published in the Proceedings for 1923. Considers the paper a 'fair criticism' of the other paper, but whilst publication 'may serve a useful purpose', it does not have much constructive value.

[Published in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London' A, 1923]
