Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The paper does not contain anything new or of special interest. The Royal Society has previously published papers on the same subject that were of similar quality, and cannot see how this one can be refused. Suggests the paper would be more suited for publication in a Manufacturers Catalogue or a special Stationary Office Report. Expressed similar opinions on a previous paper on a similar subject, which was eventually published.
