Description

Sectional Committee: Physics

Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Believes that, 'among a school of Indian physicists' there is a tendency to thoroughly investigate certain phenomena. The resulting papers, although interesting, are not of the standard required by the Royal Society, but are 'well worthy of publication elsewhere'.
