Sectional Committee: Mathematics

No clear statement regarding publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Considers the paper as 'not strong' and controversial. Suggests Thompson [?] should be allowed to voice his opinion. Refers to work by Spearman [?]. The paper is a reply to others by Thompson and Spearman published in the British Journal of Phychology, and is not sure the conversation should be transferred to the Philosophical Transactions.
