Description

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Considers the paper out of date, but 'might have been midly interesting in 1900'. The author shows very little knowledge of the subject and the extensive research conducted recently. The author 'wants too much to "win the game at all costs, and his idea [of] method is rather that of arranging the laws of the game to suit himself at every move. Almost every mathematical and physical conception in the paper calls for criticism'. The Royal Society has published four papers in the Proceedings on the subject, each of which make th same confusions around Planck's Law, which is enough reason not to publish any more papers of the type.
