Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The investigations lack precision. The large amount of work that has gone into the investigation does warrant publication however.

Appended note from R Harrison, to Miss Machin, asks for a copy of the report to be made and sent to Thomas Mather's private address.
