Description

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Agrees with both Herbert Brereton Baker [RR/21/151], whose report is 'very clear and just', and Archibald Liversidge [RR/21/152]. The experimental methods are faulty, and the conclusions drawn based on assumption. The papers could be usefully reduced to 'four to six pages of the Proceedings'.
