Appended memorandum from Silvanus Phillips Thompson, dated 24 February 1915, regarding the new version of the paper. The authors have taken the referees' suggestions on board. Recommends the paper for publication in the Philosophical Transactions. Care must be taken that the lithographer or zincographer 'complies with instructions as to size of drawings'. Endorsed on recto as received 26 February 1915.
