Description

Letter from the author, asking that his paper should be withdrawn as a paper with a similar subject is to be printed in the same edition of Philosophical Transactions. Also, he has discovered other new facts since he wrote this paper, which will be identified in a new paper. This will also allow him to remove some of the historical and controversial matter in the present paper. He will send this new paper to the Royal Society.
