Description

Letter to the Royal Society requesting that his previous report on this paper (RR/1/113) be withdrawn. He wrote his report with the belief that the author's views were original, however Sharpey has made him realise that the views were already shared by Hamberger. The paper is no longer recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions.
