Description

Joseph Larmor has directed that the referee reports and the sectional minutes be sent to Arthur Schuster, and requests that he, as the paper's communicator, could inform the authors of the Committee's decision. Asks that the papers be returned once complete. - Signed R Harrison, 24 July 1907

Arthur Schuster responds that the authors have been informed, and will shorten the paper according to the suggestions of the Committee.
