Description

Has been shown the furnace described in the paper by R S Hutton, and subsequently re-read the paper and the other referee reports. Does not agree with the opinions of the second report [RR/18/184] that papers of a technical nature should be excluded from the publications of the Royal Society, the reviewer does consider that, with some revisions, the paper may be suitable for publication in the Proceedings.
