Description
John Gray McKendrick's report [RR/17/111], John William Strutt, 3rd Baron Rayleigh's report [RR/17/110] and Joseph Larmor's notes sent to Arthur Schuster, as directed by Larmor [RR/17/112]. Asks the Chairman to minute his opinion regarding the action to be taken on the paper. On 31 January the Committee agreed that if the second report is unfavourable then the paper would not be recommended for acceptance. - Signed RWFH
