Description

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The cost and space required to publish the paper in full is not justified by the results in the paper. Suggests reducing the paper from section six inclusive into a publishable form. Better illustrations could be obtained. Refers to work of Osmond.
