Description

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Greek letters should be used throughout instead of their names. All the illustrations will be required to make the numerous important points quite clear. In general the paper is of great practical as well as theoretical importance and would be considerably improved if the number of the figures referred to were given in every case in the text, not only in the tables accompanying each plate.

[Published in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society]
