Description

Sectional Committee: Mathematics

The paper could be accepted for publication in a condensed form. The detailed explanations and especially the tables are not of sufficient permanent value to justify the expense of printing them. The illustrations might be retained, most if not all the tables might be omitted, their noteworthy features being briefly stated. The paper might be reduced to half its present length without sacrificing anything of permanent value.
