Description

At the meeting it was resolved that the Secretary inform Wilderman that the Committee is unwilling to publish his paper in its present elaborate form as a 'Preliminary Communication', but is willing to publish the paper in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' amended, so as to include some description of the experimental arrangements, provided that such alteration does not add materially to the length of the paper, and that the revised paper as published be regarded as the complete publication.
