Recommended for publication in full in Philosophical Transactions' and has no modifications to suggest. Recommends the reproduction of all the curves. In the appendix to the paper mention is made of accompanying photographs showing the situation of the apparatus but there are none. The paper is a very important contribution to their knowledge of atmospheric electricity.
