Description

Sectional Committee: not stated.

Thinks the paper ought to be published in Proceedings. The paper is a useful contribution to chemical dynamics. The experiments appear to have been carefully varied and dependable methods employed so that the conclusions are of great value both to physical chemistry and to scientific photography. The only illustrations required are curves and these are essential for the proper understanding of the experimental results. Does not see that the paper could be curtailed without injury to the paper as a whole.
