Sectional Committee: not stated.

In compliance with the suggestion in Scott's letter of 24 January, the paper by Seward and Ford has been referred to Masters, who at the same time was asked to say what date he expected to be able report. Masters has now returned the paper with his report, which Harrison encloses [no attachments]. Suggests 9th February at 3 o'clock for a meeting of the Botany Committee, or alternatively the 12th or 13th.
