Description

Assessment of a manuscript submitted for publication by the Royal Society, completed by the referee using a standard printed form.

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Callendar thinks the paper should be published in the 'Philosophical Transactions' in full.

He has not had time to study the paper in sufficient detail to suggest any modifications, but feels confident that it should be published practically as it stands.
