Description

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. He had no modifications to suggests and thinks it advisable to reproduce all the illustrations. In general thinks this an excellent piece of work, extending Paschen's law for relation between spark length and pressure at constant P.D. to pressures below the critical pressure. Carr's criticism of Peace and Earbart[?] is to the point.
