Description

Sectional Committee: Botany

The paper is obviously of considerable interest, but is not competent to advise the Committee as to the desirability of publishing it in Philosophical Transactions. Vines has no practical acquaintance with the subject and consequently does not feel justified in expressing a decisive opinion on the merits of the work.

[Published in Proceedings of the Royal Society B, 1906].

Endorsed on verso as received 19 May 1905.
