Sectional Committee: [Physics and chemistry]

He finds only a few of the author's plates can be omitted without injury and he has therefore determined to give [allow?] them all. The abstract is also to be printed in the Proceedings. Asks the Assistant Secretary to forward the enclosed note containing more suggestions to the author [not attached].
