Not recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. The author makes no attempt to consider the reaction from the point of view of the modern theories of true and false equilibrium and the whole theoretical treatment seems 'weak'. The results established seem to be confined to the verification of the mono-molecular nature of the reaction. He does not know if this result is new. If accepted for the Proceedings, the paper should be considerably shortened. Explains why one table in full, as an example of the rest, would be sufficient.
