Description

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. Suggests alterations to diagram one. All the illustrations should be included but he supposes the two diagrams will be reduced to the quarto page. The paper is of great merit, especially the rolling method of measuring the diameter of the fine fibres. Queries a comment on page nineteen of the paper regarding Horton's accuracy.

[Published in Philosophical Transactions A, 1905].

Endorsed on verso as received 20 December 1904.
