Description

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions'. Notes two small spelling modifications. All the curves could be accommodated on one plate. If curves are not given, long tables read from the curves would be required. In general the paper is very clear and quite convincing. All necessary precautions appear to have been taken.

[Published in the Philosophical Transactions A, 1903].

Endorsed on verso as received 11 March 1903.
