Recommended for publication in full, subject to the editorship suggested herewith. A plate 'according to sketch' is indispensible' [no sketch is attached]. The discovery of so gigantic a Lemur is a fact as interesting as unexpected. There lives no more gifted or accurate a vertebrate paleontologist than the author. Includes a list of nine corrections, additions and suggestions with reference to the page and line of the original paper.
