Sectional committee: Physics and chemistry

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions without modification, and all the illustrations are necessary. Wonders if he is a fair referee for this paper as he has had exceptional opportunities of watching the growth of results from the photographs. The paper is very valuable and worthy of the 'Transactions.
