Description
Sectional Committee: not stated.
He has worked through the paper which he understands is considered too long for the Proceedings. Hopes the length will not be an impediment to publication in an abbreviated form in the Proceedings and thinks the omission of the data tables would seriously curtail the permanent value of the paper. Understands that the general question of the length of Proceedings paper may arise and is sorry he cannot attend the next Committee meeting. Thinks the publication in the Proceedings of papers extending to more than 12 pages is expressly provided for by Standing Order 37, in the 1902 year book, page 72.
[Published in Proceedings of the Royal Society, 1902].
