He forwards the paper, revised by the authors in accordance with the referee's reports. Asks him to make a further report to the Committee as to whether the authors have suitably amended the paper. Harrison encloses his original report.

Annotated by Schafer dated 18 March, that he thinks the paper is now suitably amended.
