Description

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Not recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. He does consider that there is a sufficiently well marked advance to constitute this a paper of Transactions rank. The points the author has established are interesting and, as far as they go important, but the abstract if printed in the Proceedings would make know all that is essential.
