Referee's report by William Cecil Dampier Whetham, on a paper 'The measurement of ionic velocities' by Bertram Dillon Steele

Reference number: RR/15/259

Date: June 1901

Description

Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions, in full. No large modifications are necessary but has made some notes on points of detail. All the illustrations should be reproduced but the author might reduce the size of his curve sheet considerably. He lists various points with reference to particular pages of the manuscript. Notes the author should be careful to distinguish between µ and u as his present writing of these characters will be quite indistinguishable to the printer.

[Published in Philosophical Transactions A, 1901].

Endorsed on verso as received 6 June 1901.
