Description

Sectional Committee: [Mathematics]

The paper is a continuation of two interesting papers, which he has re-read, previously published in Philosophical Transactions. The paper should be printed either in the Transactions which would seem more natural seeing that the others are published there, or in the Proceedings. The illustration should be printed.
