Description

Sectional Committee: Zoology

Not recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions, but it might appear in the Journal of Physiology for which it is more fitted. Thinks it should be published in full, if at all. No modifications are necessary, the paper is 'well done'. There are no illustrations. The paper is unquestioningly of much interest and practical value and for this reason should be issued in the pages of a journal, but not in a Transactions, intended only for the announcement of philosophic principles newly discovered.

[Published in Proceedings of the Royal Society, 1902].
