Sectional committee: Mathematics

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions in full, without modification and that all the illustrations should be reproduced. He presumes the former paper on 'Ellipsoidal Harmonies' is to be printed. Has nothing further to add to his first report. The author has excluded certain parts which he has since found to be erroneous regarding the possibility of skew deformations.
