Description

Sectional committee: [Physiology]

The paper too slender in substance in its present state for acceptance for consideration by the Royal Society. His opinion of the content is very similar to that expressed in the memorandum forwarded [from the Society], very little of the paper is new and that which is new is supported by evidence which is too scanty to afford satisfaction. The paper shouldn't be read by the Society.
