Referee's report by Henry Alexander Miers, on a paper 'A comparative crystallographical study of the double selenates of the series R2M(SeO4)2,6H20. Part 1- Salts in which M is zinc' by Alfred Edward Howard Tutton
Reference number: RR/15/120
Date: 10 March 1900
Description
Sectional committee: Physics and chemistry
Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions in full, without modification and the three illustrations accompanying the paper should be reproduced. The paper contains no speculative matter, solely experimental results. It is the exact counterpart of the corresponding portion of two papers published in the Journal of the Chemical Society on the double sulphates. The observations on the potassium salt confirm and extend those of Topsoe and Christiansen; the observations on the rubidium and caesium salts are new.
[Published in Proceedings of the Royal Society, 1925].
