Description

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The structure of the species described does not advance new knowledge. Refers to work of John Murray. The conclusions drawn are not based on new observations. The only new knowledge contained in the paper is the description of a new species.

Note on reverse from Michael Foster requests Edwin Ray Lankester be asked if the section on Pyrocystis should be offered to the Linnean Society, or simply archived.
