Description

First paper: Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Refers to work of Jan Evangelista Purkyne and Camillo Golgi. Many of the statements given are not supported by sufficient evidence. Suggests returning the paper to the authors for the inclusion of evidence.

Subject: Zoology, Physiology

[Not published]

Second paper: Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The observations are new and should be published somewhere. Would not object to its publication by the Royal Society.
