Description

Gives thanks for sending the abstract over before it was read publicly. Has previously given an unfavourable opinion on it to the Mathematics Committee, and does not wish to do so again in public. The abstract does not sufficiently cover the contents of the paper, and to speak about it would betray his knowledge of the full paper's contents. The necessary information is to be sent to the author. Feels he would now prefer to do nothing more.
