Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Has also read the reports by Dukinfield Hanry Scott [RR/14/28] and Robert Warington [RR/14/27]. The paper requires careful editing. The conclusions are based upon insufficient evidence. Considers publication at this stage of the investigation to be premature.
