Description

No clear statement regarding publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The paper is unintelligible in parts. If the paper were carefully editied by a physicist it may make a suitble paper for th Philosophical Transactions. It would be greatly improved if another willing researcher undertook further investigations.
