Description

No clear statement regarding publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The position taken in a previous, rejected version of the paper has been abandoned. There are some interesting points which deserve publishing, but doubts if the Philosophical Transactions are the right place for this. Suggests sending the paper to another referee, then back to the current referee in July, when he will have the necessary time to look through the matter more thoroughly.
