Description

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The results are nearly all negative. Suggests the paper might be more suited for publication by the Meteorological Council. An abstract in the Proceedings would be sufficient. The results suggest an investigation might be made into the methods.
