Description

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The statistical method is new, but does not know if something as complex as an organ can be measured by a single parameter. Suggests the opinion of another referee be sought. The paper is a continuation of a series already printed in the Philosophical Transactions.
