Description

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. In an earlier version of the paper, found difficulties with the clarity of the paper, which can also be applied to the current paper. The paper contains important work. Will leave it to the author to decide if the paper should be published in whole or in part. Suggests that the part on multidifferentials be held back until a later time, but there is enough to publish now if there is no chance of further progress.
