Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The issues with the author's earlier paper have not been cleared. Suggests omitting some portions of the paper to improve clarity. Criticises the use of the word 'general'. Suggests omitting the section on Pfaffians, and omitting the reference to this from the title.
