Description

No clear statement regarding publication in the Proceedings of the Royal Society of London. Suggests the Council should decide if the Proceedings is the best place to print mathematical tables, with the advice of the Mathematical Committee. Refers to work of Daniel Friedrich Ernst Meissel, who has printed more complete tables. Suggests adding signs to the values of the functions. Suggests a modification be made to include information recently published by Hector Munro Macdonald.
