Description

Before he expresses an opinion on publication, there are a number of observations he wishes to communicate to the authors. These observations are making it difficult for him to express an opinion. None of the figures are numbered and this should be rectified. The connections of the experimental points with the theoretical curves should be indicated more clearly.
